Suggest me a cellphone

Itz time I buy a new phone. I am looking for a Nokia handset with the following specifications only:
1. Should have good battery stamina
2. Should ring loud
3. Speaker should be loud too
4. Signal reception should be good.
5. Should be jazzy
6. Should have 4-way navigational keys
7. Should have 2 softkey not like 1100 which has a single MENU key
8. Cameras & Music players are not needed.

I have one phone in mind. Itz Nokia 3220. Did anyone used it? Give me reviews about that phone and suggest me any other phone which meets my reqt.
